The Key Property Group of real estate investment companies began in the early 1970's with the Pate family in Tarboro, NC. What began as the rental of a few dozen single wide mobile home in two local mobile home parks has evolved today into a group of companies with diverse property throughout the heart of eastern North Carolina. Primary investment areas include our original home, Tarboro, as well as Rocky Mount, Pinetops, and Raleigh.

Our team has over 150 years of combined experience in real estate investments, legal practice, and executive management and brings a wealth of experience to bear on all aspects of real estate investment. Many of our management team are licensed real estate brokers or attorneys-at-law and we conduct all transactions in the most fair and ethical manner possible.
